Tara Eisenhauer, M.M.
Choir Director, Children’s Choir Director, and Communications Director
Tara is a Minister of Music and Choral Director for St. Paul's. She directs and conducts both the adult and children's choirs. She is also the church's Director of Communications, helping connect the congregation and community.
Tara holds a BA from the University of Redlands, with an emphasis in Performance, Conducting, and Composition, and an MA in Vocal Arts from the University of Southern California. A versatile conductor, singer, and musician, she has led and assisted in various ensembles: Pacific Chamber Singers, Ventura College Choir, and multiple choirs in Santa Barbara. Tara's professional singing career consists of opera roles (both lead and chorus) and as a soloist and chorister for dozens of masterworks. Tara has taught at Ventura College and the College of Western Idaho. She has a thriving private studio, including a vocal academy, and teaches all singing styles. Tara also serves on the board of the Pacific Chamber Singers.
She enjoys reading, exercising, and the great outdoors in her leisure time.
